There is no account-manager layer at JustClick. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and the person who answers when something breaks. Clients notice; several reviews mention a reply on a public holiday.

In-house, end to end

Design, development, server work, tracking and search optimisation are all done by our own people. When a form stops sending at nine at night, we do not open a ticket with a vendor.

Ship, then improve

Websites go live in weeks, not quarters. We would rather launch a good site and improve it from real data than polish a mock-up for months.

Plain language

Reports and calls are in English or Singlish, whichever gets the point across. No dashboards designed to impress rather than inform.
