Terms

Scope and quotations

Work starts after a written scope and quotation are accepted. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately.

Payment

Projects are invoiced per the milestones in the quotation. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Advance payments on custom design work are non-refundable.

Ownership

On full payment you own the website, design files and accounts created for you. Third-party licences remain with their owners.

Support

Free support applies as described on each service page. Maintenance plans include the hours stated; additional work is S$20 per hour.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for third-party platform outages or changes.

Notice

Retainers may be ended by either party with one month’s written notice.
